Mike is extremely punctual and was an excellent value. He crawled every inch of the home I am buying and noted everything down to the nails on the roof. He certainly is not afraid of work or getting dirty. His final reports are extremely detailed and full of example pictures. I would not hesitate to recommend msj to anyone who needs an inspection.
